Obama Admin OKs using aborted babies’ brains in lab tests.

Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life has uncovered information showing a clinical trial, approved by the Food and Drug Administration, uses brain tissue from aborted unborn babies to treat macular degeneration.

Texas sues Obama Admin for pulling low-income health funds over Planned Parenthood defunding.

Texas’ attorney general is suing the Obama Administration for gutting funding to a $40 million health program for low-income women because the state has banned the funds from going to a small fraction of providers affiliated with abortion, including Planned Parenthood.

Obama Admin widens abortifacient birth control mandate to college students.

In a move that is likely to reignite the ire of religious leaders, the Obama administration announced a proposal that would require universities, including religious universities, to provide abortion-inducing drugs, contraception, sterilization, to their students, as well as their employees, without co-pay. This appears to widen the originally announced HHS mandate, which had only applied to employees.

A Week from Supreme Court Oral Arguments, three polls show strong opposition to ObamaCare.

A week out from a three-day vetting by the United States Supreme Court, recent polls show the depths of the opposition to ObamaCare. The numbers are genuinely striking, especially given that supporters have massaged questions for months to try to tamp down the level of opposition.

The focus here is on the law’s impact on American women. Advocates will be highlighting better benefits and free preventive care, but Heritage research shows that the health law’s new requirements will reduce patient choice, increase costs, and violate religious liberty—for women and everyone else, too.
