Once again, Barack Hussein rushes in where business fears to tread. Just before Christmas, the National Institutes of Health made three more lines of embryonic stem cells eligible for federal funding.

Suspecting collusion between the Obama administration and an abortion clinic, a federal judge has dismissed Attorney General Eric Holder’s prosecution of Mary Susan Pine, a Florida sidewalk counselor, on charges of violating the FACE (Freedom of Access to Clinics) Act.

Pro-life advocates are taking Supreme Court Justice Ginsburg to task for comments about the Roe v. Wade abortion case that appeared racist. Last week, in an interview with the New York Times, Ginsburg says she supported Roe for population control reasons, targeting minorities.
